The Cottage: Amenities

Wi-Fi
Wi-Fi is available throughout the cottage. The network name and password are located on the refrigerator door.
TVs
There are two. One located in the living room and one in the master bedroom. Both use an Apple TV to access your preferred streaming services.
Washer and Dryer
The washer and dryer are located in the bathroom closet. The washer is a front-loading washer. Please use the detergent provided.
Filtered Drinking Water
The small water tap (to the right of the main kitchen faucet) provides three stage filtered water.
Ice Maker
The fridge makes ice which you will find in a bin in the left-hand drawer of the freezer drawer.
Heating and Cooling
The heating and cooling system is a full blown AC and Heading system with a HEPA filter.
Ceiling Fans
The fans, both inside and outside, have a standard wall switch and a remote control situated close to the switch. We recommend that you use the remote to control on/ off, fan speed and, if available, the light.
Chargers
There are power strips with USB A & C charging outlets to plug your cables into on each nightstand and at the desk. Please use your own cables.
Fire Extinguisher
A kitchen safe fire extinguisher is located under the kitchen sink.
First-Aid Kit
A first-aid kit is located in the pantry closet in the bedroom hallway.
EV Charging
Charge your car overnight with our Level 2 Tesla Charger, with a J1772 adapter, situated along the southern fence.
Patio Fire Table
If you are interested in using the fire table, remove the center panel that covers the burner. Under the table you will find a drawer that holds the gas can. Ensure the gas can dial is “open.” Turn the flow regulator dial, then click the ignition switch. You should hear a few clicks before it ignites. Turn the flow regulator to the desired flame height. Reverse the process to turn off.
Grill
You will find the outdoor grill under a cover on the right-hand side (when facing) the cottage. To use, ensure the gas can dial is “open.” Rotate each dial a quarter turn to the left and press in the dial. You should hear a few clicks before it ignites.
Outdoor Shower
On the right hand side of the cottage is an enclosed hot and cold outdoor shower. During the winter months. This will be “covered” to protect from freezing.
Baby Equipment
We can provide a highchair, stairs gate, and Pack'n Play should you need it.
