- Wi-Fi runs on 1GB fiber internet. The network name and password are located in the guest book.

- Two televisions are available—one in the living room and one in the primary bedroom. Both use Apple TV to access your preferred streaming services.

- A phonograph and albums are available in the living room for your enjoyment.

- The cottage uses a full central heating and cooling system with a HEPA air filter.
- Ceiling Fans
- Fans are located both inside and outside the cottage. They can be controlled with a wall switch or remote control located near the switch.

- Power strips with USB-A and USB-C charging outlets are located on each nightstand and at the desk. Please bring your own charging cables.

- Located in the pantry closet in the bedroom hallway.
Outdoor Living
- Covered Patio
- A shaded outdoor seating area with ceiling fans provides a peaceful place to relax and enjoy the fresh air.
- Patio Fire Table
- To use the fire table:
- Remove the center panel covering the burner.
- Open the gas dial located in the drawer beneath the table.
- Turn the flow regulator dial.
- Press the ignition switch until the flame lights.
- Adjust flame height as desired.
- Reverse the process to turn off.
- Grill
- The outdoor grill is located under a cover on the right side of the cottage.
To Use
- Ensure the gas dial is open.
- Rotate each dial a quarter turn while pressing inward.
- The grill will ignite after several clicks.
Outdoor Shower
An enclosed hot-and-cold outdoor shower is located on the right side of the cottage. During winter months it may be covered to protect from freezing.
EV Charging
A Level 2 Tesla charger with a J1772 adapter is available along the southern fence for EV vehicle charging.
